    EDI system

    EDI(Elcctrodeionization), also known as electric desalination, is a new ultrapure water preparation technology developed in the 20th century. This technology combines electrodialysis technology and ion exchange technology, realizes the directional migration of ions under the action of DC electric field through the selective permeation of anions and cations by anion and cation exchange membranes and the ion exchange by the resins. so as to complete the deep desalination of water, at the same time, the hydrogen ions and hydroxide ions generated by water ionization can regenerate the ion exchange resin, so it continuously produce ultrapure water without acid-base chemical regeneration.
