What are the advantages of XJY’s mobile water treatment compared with others?

Ready to use, easy to move - compact integrated design with rollers, easily adaptable to different temperature zones, no complicated installation required.

Intelligent purification, stable compliance - integrated "sand filtration, carbon filtration, membrane filtration and ultraviolet disinfection" multi-stage treatment, automatic adjustment of pH/EC to ensure that water quality meets standards.

Low consumption and energy saving, simple maintenance - no high-pressure pump design, energy consumption reduced by 40%; removable filter element, quick replacement in 5 minutes, say goodbye to professional operation and maintenance.

Adapt to complex water quality - high anti-fouling membrane technology to cope with high turbidity and high salinity water, 2 times longer life than traditional equipment.

External protective metal packaging - isolates surrounding dust, sewage and other external environments, the equipment runs inside the box, effectively reduces pollution, and extends the service life of the equipment, which is times longer than the life of traditional equipment.

Design with rollers - can help people in water-scarce areas share equipment. Especially when special water is needed, different usage scenarios can be transferred according to user needs.

Working principle and process of mobile water treatment equipment

1. Introduction to ultrafiltration system

Ultrafiltration (UF) is a membrane separation technology that uses the micropores (0.01~0.1μm) of hollow fiber membranes or flat membranes for physical screening to effectively remove suspended matter, colloids, bacteria, and macromolecular organic matter in water while retaining minerals and ions.

2. Core components of ultrafiltration system

Ultrafiltration membrane assembly (core): hollow fiber membrane/rolled membrane, fine pore size, strong anti-pollution.

Pretreatment system: quartz sand filtration, activated carbon filtration, security filter (5~20μm)

Backwash system: regular backwashing to prevent membrane clogging.

Control system: PLC automatically adjusts pressure, flow and cleaning cycle

3. Ultrafiltration system water treatment process

(1) Pretreatment (protecting ultrafiltration membrane)

Raw water → coarse filtration (sand filtration) → activated carbon adsorption (chlorine removal, organic matter) → precision filtration (5μm filter element)

(2) Ultrafiltration membrane filtration (core step)

Pretreated water enters the ultrafiltration membrane at a pressure of 0.1~0.3MPa, and water molecules and small ions pass through the membrane pores to form produced water (purified water).Contaminants (bacteria, colloids, suspended solids) are trapped on the membrane surface and discharged with concentrated water.

(3) Automatic backwashing (anti-clogging)

Every 30~60 minutes of operation, the system automatically backwashes (clean water or air-water mixed flushing) to remove dirt and blockages on the membrane surface and extend its life.Chemical cleaning (3-6 months/time): Use citric acid or NaOH to clean membrane contamination.

(4) Water storage/subsequent treatment

UV sterilization (to ensure that microorganisms meet the standards)

(5)Use: meet the standards for domestic miscellaneous water and irrigation water (such as SS <1mg/L).

4. Introduction to Reverse Osmosis Plant Technology

Reverse Osmosis (RO) is a high-pressure driven membrane separation technology that uses the selective permeability of a semipermeable membrane (pore size of about 0.0001μm) to allow water molecules to pass through the membrane layer under pressure, while pollutants such as dissolved salts, heavy metals, bacteria, and viruses are retained, achieving efficient desalination and deep purification.

5. Core components of reverse osmosis Plant

RO membrane components (core): rolled or hollow fiber membranes, resistant to high pressure and pollution.

Pretreatment system: multi-media filtration, activated carbon adsorption, precision filtration (5μm).

High-pressure pump: provides 4~10MPa pressure to drive water molecules to penetrate the membrane layer.

Control system: PLC automatically adjusts pressure, flow and flushing cycle.

Post-treatment system (optional): pH adjustment, UV sterilization, mineralization.

6. Reverse Osmosis Plant Water Treatment Process

(1) Pretreatment

Raw water → Multi-media filter (removes sediment and suspended solids)

→ Activated carbon filter (adsorbs residual chlorine and organic matter)

→ Precision filter (5μm filter element intercepts tiny particles)

(2) High-pressure pump pressurization

Pretreated water is pressurized to 4~10MPa by a high-pressure pump to reach the working pressure of the RO membrane.

(3) RO membrane separation (core step)

High-pressure water enters the RO membrane group, and water molecules pass through the membrane pores to become produced water (pure water).

Contaminants (such as Na⁺, Ca²⁺, heavy metals, pesticides, viruses) are intercepted and concentrated water is discharged or recycled.

Desalination rate: >97% (standard membrane)

(4) Automatic flushing and chemical cleaning

Timed flushing: Every 1~2 hours of operation, the membrane surface is automatically flushed with low-pressure water to prevent scaling.

Chemical cleaning (3-6 months/time): Use acidic (citric acid) or alkaline (NaOH) cleaning agents to remove membrane contamination.

(6) Post-treatment

UV sterilization: Ensure that the microorganisms in the produced water meet the standards.

Water storage tank: Store purified water and balance the water supply pressure. (Optional)
