What makes an Ultrapure Water Filtration System essential?
As water quality standards in the power, chemical, and medical industries improve, the demand for ultrapure water, a high-purity water source, continues to grow.
In response to the needs of the times and market demands, XJY Company has launched an ultrapure Water Filtration system.

What is ultrapure water filtration system?
Ultrapure water has been treated through a specialized process to remove virtually all impurities and harmful substances. Therefore, it has achieved extremely high purity. Its resistivity is 18.2 MΩ·cm, its TOC (total organic carbon) content is less than 10 ppb. And its bacterial count is less than 10 CFU/ml. It is commonly used in industries with stringent water quality requirements, such as industry, laboratories, and the electronics industry.
What are the advantages of ultrafiltration water filtration system?
- High-quality, stable water output.
- The system provides fully automatic, continuous water output.
- No waste acid or alkali is discharged, benefiting the environment.
- The Water Purification process is easily automated and controlled.
- The equipment requires minimal installation and occupies a small footprint.
How is ultrapure water produced by water purification equipment?
Ultrapure water filtration system is produced using XJY's newly launched two-stage reverse osmosis + EDI system. This ultrapure water system uses two RO membranes for deep Desalination, followed by ion refinement using an EDI module. Ultimately, the system produces ultrapure water with high resistivity and low conductivity (resistivity can reach 15–18 MΩ·cm).
The specific operation process is as follows

Raw water →Raw water pump →Quartz sand filter tank → Activated carbon filter tank →Softening resin filter tank →Safety filter →First-stage high-pressure pump → First-stage reverse osmosis membrane → Second-stage high-pressure pump → Second-stage reverse osmosis membrane→UV disinfection→ EDI module → Ultrapure water discharge

(1) Pretreatment stage: The raw water is first filtered through pre-treatment quartz sand, activated carbon, and softening resin to remove sediment, suspended solids, residual chlorine, calcium and magnesium ions, etc., to protect the RO membrane and EDI module.
(2) Primary reverse osmosis (RO-1): Removes 95% of the dissolved solids (TDS) in the raw water to obtain pure water. After being pressurized by a high-pressure pump, the water volume and pressure are stabilized to provide continuous water inlet for the secondary RO.
(3) Secondary reverse osmosis (RO-2): Further reduces the ion content in the water and improves the water purity.
(4) EDI module: Continuously removes residual ions in the RO product water to produce ultrapure water.
