    Functional description of XJY’s baghouse filter

    The functions of XJY’s bag filters include dust filtration, gas purification and dust collection. After the dusty gas enters, the fiber filter bag relies on physical effects such as inertial collision to filter and separate the dust; the dust content of the filtered gas is reduced, and the emission can meet the standard, which can improve the air quality; the dust cleaning system will clean the dust in the filter bag to the ash hopper for easy recycling or proper disposal.

    Workflow of XJY’s XJY’s pulse jet baghouse

    1. Intake filtration
    The dust-laden gas enters the dust collector through the air inlet and rushes to the filter bag under the actQion of the fan. The dust is physically adsorbed by the filter bag, and the purified gas will pass through the filter bag.
    2. Resistance monitoring and dust cleaning trigger
    Continuous filtration causes dust accumulation on the surface of the filter bag, increasing resistance. The dust collector is monitored by a pressure sensor. When the resistance reaches the standard, the dust cleaning system is triggered to ensure operation.
    3. Dust cleaning process
    Compressed air is sprayed into the filter bag through the nozzle on the blowpipe in a short time. The high-speed airflow causes the filter bag to expand and contract rapidly, generating strong vibrations, so that the dust layer attached to the surface of the filter bag falls off under the reaction of inertia and airflow.
    4. Dust collection and circulation filtration stage
    Dust accumulates in the hopper and is discharged regularly by the dust unloading device. It can be recycled according to its nature. After cleaning, the resistance of the filter bag is restored, and the dust collector continues to purify the dust-laden gas.
