Agricultural use

The moisture content of concentrated sludge is too high (92-96%), resulting in transportation difficulties and large transportation volume. Landfill

Working principle of belt dryer
Belt dryer is a common continuous drying equipment, its working principle is as follows:
 1. Material feeding: the material enters the feeding port of the dryer through the feeding system and is evenly distributed on the belt conveyor. 
2. Drying belt transmission: the belt conveyor will be dried materials to the drying room. In the process of transmission, the belt conveyor is in constant motion to transfer the material from the feeding end to the discharging end.

3. Heat transfer: the drying room is usually equipped with heating devices, such as gas heaters or electric heaters.
